This blog was created to help caregivers everywhere. But what is a caregiver? The caregiver definition by the Webster’s dictionary is “a person who provides direct care”. Growing up, your family may have been your main caregivers; mom, dad, sibling, or grandparents. Now, it may be you that has turned into the caregiver for a family of your own, or for your parents or grandparents. If your family member has become your responsibility, you might think you are in a little over your head. This is a place where you are able to learn more about this new world of care giving. You might be an in home caregiver, having a parents or loved one move back in with you. If you find that caregiver support groups aren’t quite working, this blog is here for you to read and comment.
